Chocolaterie Stam has been our family business, in Downtown Rochester, for the past 16 yrs. We have a lot of delicious chocolates, bon-bons, and other fine European confections, but some of my favorite items we sell are our baking chips, and our cocoa. I made these brownies with our Stam Cocoa, and Stam Extra Dark Baking Chips, and they were so yummy, I had to pass the recipe along! I am not a fan of a dry brownie , but a Fudgy Brownie, sign me up! Enjoy with a cup of coffee, your favorite tea, or a glass of ice cold milk. Great for sharing with the ones you love!

As soon as I finished reading your Fudgy Brownie recipe, I went to the kitchen and started to make them. The kids and grandkids loved them, especially when they were warm! Thanks for sharing your recipe!!
