Our Renovare Calendar

  • Semester 1 : September – November 19th
  • Semester 2 : Beginning in January

Having heard back from some of you it is clear that there are differing preferences as to how we should proceed this fall. So, in the light of this, we feel it is best to offer a variety of options for folk to choose from. What these options are will be governed by what our group leaders, are happy to offer. Options we are pursuing are: meeting online via Zoom,  meeting in person in the church (which definitely means wearing masks and keeping numbers smaller to maintain social distance),  hybrid option where you meet in person but others can Zoom into the meeting if they wish. A final option is to meet via Zoom but once every four weeks to meet in person at the church for a more social occasion.

We will not be meeting as a large group for Renovare before studies and there will be no childcare available. If you want to meet at church then we suggest you encourage any with young children to make their own arrangements for childcare. We know this may be a hardship for some but it is just not feasible for us to offer childcare at present.

This fall are hoping to video some Take 10 interviews that you can view in our groups. This would offer another way to feel more connected while we cannot gather together. We might also offer an occasional devotional and/or worship time, but that is not definite yet.

Thursday Morning Child Care

There will be no Thursday morning child care at Calvary this fall.

If you have felt intimidated to memorize scripture, no worries!  We will encourage you and pray for you and share ideas on how to memorize.  We are purposely doing this in the afternoon and keeping it to one hour so moms can join during their children’s nap time.   Taking time to pray for each other and getting the chance to make new friends will also be a focus in our time together.
