Youth

Mission trips can have a profound effect on one’s life.  Speaking from experience you can get all ramped up about the impact you’ll have on the mission field that its easy to forget about the impact the mission field will have on you.  You go to serve, teach and be a blessing to others and you come back feeling like you’re the one that has learned so much and received a rich blessing.  You leave home and family to give of yourself but come to find God has expanded your family through this experience.  In other words by going on a mission trip it’s not only God sending you to minister, but He is ministering to you.  You’ll encounter God working in ways you’ve never experience, drawing you closer to Him in the process.  The goal for any mission trip is to draw others to Christ, including ourselves.
