Summer Youth Group

Youth group provides the atmosphere for your student(s) to connect with their peers in an inviting environment and from a biblically centered perspective. Worship is led by our students featuring modern worship songs and a relaxed environment. The teaching time is biblically based and designed to engage and challenge our students to grow. We believe the sweet spot of youth group is our small group time. Small group is where relationships develop and friends can feel more like family.

After youth group on Wednesday nights, students are welcomed to join us for Lifeguards. Lifeguards is a student lead discussion that covers a variety of topics. We have open discussion for all to participate in, encouraging honest sharing and respectful dialog as we search the scriptures for guidance and truth on today’s topics. We approach every discussion from a biblical worldview and with a ton of grace as we desire to meet everyone where they’re at and always point to Christ. Recommended for grades 9-12.

Dates: Wednesdays, July 8, 15, 22, 29 & Aug 5
Time: 5:45-10:00pm (breakout times listed below)
Meet: at Calvary
Fall Grades: 6-12th (+2026 graduates)
Cost: $5 for Pizza/Pop

5:30-6:30pm – Gym Games/Outdoor Games (optional!)
5:45-6:15pm Pizza/Pop served ($5)
6:30pm – Official start time/hangout
6:40-7:00pm – Large group game/outdoor games/hangout time
7:00 – 7:15pm – Worship
7:20 – 7:40pm – Teaching
7:40 – 8:10pm – Middle school small group time/ 8:10 – 8:30 Open gym time
7:40 – 8:25pm – High school small group time/8:30 – 9:00pm Open gym time
8:45pm – Middle school pick up
9:00-10:00pm – Life Guards for High School students
