Are You Currently a Shepherding Community Leader?

If you are a Shepherding Community Leader at Calvary, this form will help us know exactly who is in your group, what your group is presently doing, and how to best support you for the coming year. 

  • Building- We are forming or reforming the group – likely adding new people

  • Stabilizing- We are actively working to meet needs with one another; we are a stable/unchanging group
  • Preparing- We are preparing for a change in the group in the near future – either we are aware of some people moving on, or we are preparing to multiply into more than one group
  • Multiplying- We are actively moving to more than one group and launching leaders
