Shepherding Community Group Survey

You are receiving this email because you are on a roster for a Shepherding Community at Calvary. We’d love to have you complete the following survey about your group. A few things to know about this survey.

• Please answer questions based on the last 12 months (or so).
• Individuals should (each) provide answers (not one answer for a couple, for example).
• If you are a part of more than one group (ex: a men’s group and a co-ed group), please complete the survey for each group (if you’re willing!).
• Your answers will be shared with your group leader, but your answers will be anonymous; your name will not be connected to your answers.
• Your answers will also contribute to church-wide data about groups.

Lastly: because surveys are an invitation to share an opinion, sometimes they bring out feelings or personal opinions that have been avoided. Our Shepherding Communities are meant to be places where we are honest and authentic with one another. As such, if you find that answering these questions makes you want to share something with your leaders, I would respectfully request that you schedule some time to speak with them to share your concerns -hopefully lovingly and respectfully!
