Pastor Jamie

Jamie joined Calvary Evangelical Free Church in January 2023. He has been in full-time ministry since 2010, planning, overseeing and leading congregational worship in various churches and ministry settings in England, Scotland and the United States. Before his call into vocational ministry, Jamie was employed in the field of software management, working for a number of European technology companies. Born and raised in the United Kingdom, he moved to the US in 2017 with his wife Kate, and their two daughters Emily and Abi. They have come to love the city of Rochester and feel at home here (even in the depths of the Minnesotan winters). Jamie’s primary role at Calvary is to plan, oversee and lead our worship services each week. He also serves on the Communications team, creating graphic designs and producing and editing video projects. He also oversees and develops our youth worship team. Jamie is passionate about God-honoring, Christ-exalting congregational worship and has a desire to see the body of Christ grow in its devotion as we are shepherded and discipled through our times of worship together.
