This form is for only Calvary official events and Calvary ministry partners. All promotion requests must be reviewed and approved by Calvary.

If you are requesting promotion of an event at Calvary, a separate event request and approval is required by facilities before promotion requests will be accepted.

Information for events requiring promotion only is needed 2 weeks prior to the promotion start date. If the promoted event also requires a registration, then the information is needed 3 weeks prior to the event promotion date.

Please note: some timelines are not possible depending on the complexity of the project and the queue of other projects around the same time.

Are you requesting, the Calvary Promotional team's help in creating promotional materials? *

If you are not requesting the promotional team's help, your promotional materials still need approval. The promotional team creates the promotions for all events sponsored by Calvary.
